Here are some of my concepts. I've gone for something that's fairly clean and simple, yet striking. Creating an icon that works well within the logo or as a stand alone element, one that can be used for things like favicons or watermarks.
The logos are 100% vector so will scale well to any size, and works well in full colour, B&W and on coloured backgrounds if needed,

#29. Can we try a little darker blue? I decided I don't like the blue and green mixed so try logo in all blue with RETAIL PROPERTIES in black. Also logo in all Hunter green with MAIN STREET in Hunter Green and RETAIL PROPERTIES in black. Or if you think the triangle in the Logo needs to be a different color maybe try grey or black with the blue or green.
Here are a few variations. For each colour I've three options, and for each tried a different font. The other difference is in the icon - all colour or the triangle changing to either black or grey.
