My idea is to combine the fork with a mouse pointer. This express your important part of the meal - ordering it. And as if the pointer is the fork, with it you eat with it you order.
#43 is the same as #42, but this time it is a spoon instead of a fork. The thing I forgot to mention is, that the letters e, a and t are in different color to emphasis on the word "eat".
#44 is like fork and a knife, but instead of a knife - a mouse pointer. :)
