Grail,

I like the cartoony-ness of these, but I was hoping to see a cartoon black lab within the logo. I like the round beaker in #1 better than the more traditional beaker in #2 (the color bubbles floating up are great), and I like the font and the color of the logo.

Thanks,
John

Grail,

Thanks for submitting these revisions. I love the cartoony-ness of the lab, but the eyes are a little creepy -- What is she looking at? ;) Also, I like the handkerchief, but I think the tongue runs into it. Maybe a different color, or if that doesn't work remove it (the tongue is really cute, I wouldn't want to take away from that).

The font, the two-tone colors, and the white dots for "Maggie Labs" are a little distracting, perhaps a solid color or a different font?

I think you've got all the elements, just a matter of layout.

#19 is very linear and very busy (beaker, then dog, then text, with tag under). #17 is better but the table might be a little much. Did you consider the beaker between "Maggie" and "Labs", with the dog either under the text or above?

All-in-all, these are really nice (and really, pretty close). Thanks so much for your effort.

I moved the eyes here so that she looks at a far on her left. then I also positioned the tongue in front of her.
I canged the two tone colors into a solid one and removed the dots. Hope you like it. =)

Grail,

Yikes, so many revisions! What a wonderful problem for me to have. =)

I'll trying to give you comments on everything:
* With the text, I think pink works best, and I like it better when it has depth (as opposed to the flatter versions). 32, 35, 44 are great
* Beaker in the middle looks great -- could possibly use a little space between the letters and the beaker, but what you have works (32-35, 37, 38)
* I see you moved the head so the tongue isn't near the bandanna, that looks great
* She still has kinda crazy googly-eyes
* I'm up in the air what I think about the table

I really appreciate you taking the time to resubmit. These look great.

Thanks,
John

Chris,

I appreciate you submitting so many revisions. I hope my feedback has been helpful.

The eyes #60, 62, 63, 64 are great, and the tongue on the side in 63 is very cute. I don't think you need to submit any further revisions.

Thanks so much,
John
