I would love to see #43 in the darker color you did with #42 with the letting. Additionally some transition in the color as if there is a glare or light to add a little depth.
Can you change the bottom statement to "Quality Craft Beer"? Additionally can you gradate the wheat image from the color it is now to a gold near the tips?
Those changes look perfect. Can you possibly add some more detail to the Madara font? I'm also curious to see what a different font would look like for the Madara piece. Not that I don't like it, I just feel like maybe seeing a different font may help. I'm open to any suggestions you may have.
I wouldn't go to far with the flourishes on the script fonts, becasue in my experience "scripts" can start looking to decorative and almost like a wedding invitation over time. Clean readability will age better and over time it won't look dated. That's why I like the font currently used, it has just enough flourish in the capital W and the lowercase letters are very "clean" and readable. It's almost a masculine script, if there is such a thing :-) ...with that said, I think the "d" can support a little extra "sweep" - might just make it perfect. Good idea!
I will also give you some optional fonts treatments.
