18 and 19 are too busy.

20 is nice- but we are really looking for the ability to separate our name from our company icon if need be (like how apple shirts just have an apple).

The waves are looking a little too much like water... sort of reminding me of the ncl logo (http://www.ncl.com). I thought perhaps you could incorporate the shape of a blade. All of our designs are sliced out of solid colored vinyl, rather than printing. Thanks for your helpful feedback. Here is the plotter-blade (oops, bottom blade) design #26. I chose this blade as it has a unique look to it. Not wanting to confuse from a manual scalpel blade.
Feel free to make further suggestions, it helps alot. :-)

I'd like to see how the title looks with the c's background punched.. and possibly the S's as well.
