Thanks for your comments. At present your designs are the best but still a little uninspiring in my opinion.

I'm looking for something that shows growth but not in your face. Something that demonstrates our caring social aspect but also serious investment side. Maybe you could try using lower case lettering after the first letter on edit 86.
