Sorry I do not like the arrow that you have used at it conveys high risk. High risk equals high return. Also it looks like are a finance company that only cares about stats. We are a finance company but one that looks at creating a positive change. We are not a bank or a traditional business.
The kind of thing I'm looking for conveys the social benefit of the company, the circular economy and the sharing economy that goes with it. Abstract symbols may work.
