hello, design updated to #19 and #20. about the concept: on #19 the puzzle is actually made of people. so it's like a group of people clicking together, completes each other. and #20 well it's just interesting way to an M, also the arrow looks like a bow tie, i don't know if you can connect that with wealth ;)
