You have talent and we like the idea. But can you try it without the hand palm look. There is another organization around us with a hand palm with a paw in it and it resembles this logo.

How about we remove the face of the person and just do the dog/cat. Also try one if you don't mind without a heart symbol. Your the expert so you decide. I love the feel of the logo.
