This is awesome - I like the shared of purple with the grey. We will decide today between this version or the red/white/blue version.

I've added some new versions. Trying to add purple in a subtle way, gradually in consecutive entries.

I think that a bit "distressed" look can justify faded, offbeat colors. Let me know if any of the proposals are heading in the right direction. Thank you.

I've been checking the contest page since I've got your message, but no luck there. It stuck in second place.

As for the purple, maybe we can try to add some shadowing, something between red and blue of the flag? Still keeping the red, white, and blue.

Your design has moved into first place. My question for you is could you show this in also other colors? Our team keeps trying to add purple into the mix to highlight Lydia's cloth but I personally don't like purple so could you try mixing it with maybe a grey to see what it would look like?

It becomes too crowded on the left. Putting silhouette on the right balanced the logo.

Now I'm working on versions, where the woman stands at the front of the L. Still, both to be readable.

Looks good - let's see what our team thinks. They probably will agree with you that it looks better without the woman but let's see.

I think that this layout may look better #63. What do you think?

We really like this one! If we could fit a womens figure in front of the L it may help distinguish this more.

I wonder what this would look like if it was one large L for both words?

I'm very glad you like my logo.
You may notice that there are three symbols combined: the American flag, the Holly Spirit, and a female face. I try to balance the proportions so that all three are recognizable but not dominating.
