Use of the ® symbol prior to registering your new logo may be considered illegal by your local government agency. Many of our clients are from the US - the United States body that governs such registrations explains clearly when and how you can use ®, TM and SM marks.

Considering the real possibility for clients to be adversely affected, LogoTournament.com admin staff or moderators will remove any entries that specifically contain the ® mark to avoid any potential problems for all parties to the contest.
