Lug NutzLogo Design Contest

Thank you, it needs to be more "jazz" something with a race track in the background "oval" style racetrack. (Need it to have a visual for the eye to follow the logo and very catchy).
Starting from the top - St. Louis style Arch and the words "Lug Nutz" read in this vertical to upward and back down (arch style view). Something bold, easy to read, in the arch view.
In the middle would be mascot
Then oval track incorporated into the design. Then new slogan at the bottom but curved slightly to go with the oval track. Also, see notes for the new logo slogan change. Additionaly, the mascot needs to look more "Manley."
