I like #48. Can you include the Mortgage Team. I may like a different color scheme
On #50 - I like this concept. However I would like to see if you can do something different with the L in the key. I am not sure I like the break in the L. Also need to add Mortgage Team.

please change "the mortgage team" to "mortgage team" in all examples

perhaps some shading or drop shadowing would make more interesting.

Can you fine a prettier key and lets try some color options. I will let offer some ideas.
I would like to stand out with an elegant, very distinct, fresh logo. I know you can come up with something REALLY cool!!!
