Nice Design. Would like to see it in different fonts, colors and formats. Try moving the basil leaf between the mozz and tomato.

Need more font options and layouts. Mozzarella ball needs to look more like mozzarella. Try Black Font as well.

The font in design 4 is interesting. Not sure what it is but it looks like string cheese. Maybe try that font along with other options.

Still Need many more font options and layouts try one horizontal like the original logo, use a black font to see how it looks, try some other colors as well, does not have to be in italian color. Mozzarella ball needs to look more like mozzarella, see some of the other designs that look more like mozz.

Like both #1 and #2 but need to see some alternate fonts and formats. The icon looks great but can you add some more wave to the basil leaf.
