I really like this but feel like the character is a common "screen bean" type image. I've seen this dude before. Wondering if that would cause trouble.

I know that this kind of logo is common in leadership company logo,
I'll try to make it more personal for your company, and change a bit to make it more distinct from other without losing the human form element.

Love the microphone. Can you make it more pronounced. You can't really tell it's a microphone in a smaller image. Cool though!
