Hi - thank you for submitting a logo direction! I really like the treatment you've done with Lonestar. I think that's great. I don't like the font for "comedy". It's not feeling connected to "Lonestar". I don't like the serif font that much as well.
While the star with the microphone is very clever, it's more representative of standup comedy rather than improv comedy which is unscripted without a microphone. So this particular image just doesn't represent what we do. I do really like we're you're going with the Lonestar though!
