Lone Star ExpressLogo Design Contest

Hello,

Here is my take on the logo you described to be looking for. I am still trying to see what else I can add to make my design jump out at the viewer a little more--you want the logo to obviously be fun and fitting to what it is that Lone Star stands for. I will see what else I can come up with, but feel free to comment on this one in the meantime!

Oh! I forgot to mention: I currently have a distressed/textured layer on top to give the whole design a nice vintage feel, but this is on it's own layer and can be turned on or off as needed! So you could use it to print vintage-looking shirts or other things, or you could turn it off and print clean stickers, decals, etc...

I added a white border around everything as well, so that the design will look great on virtually any color!...

The wavy letters are meant to represent the water, in case you want to remove the splash design from the back!...

Thanks for your entries. Our client seems to be set on the theme represented in #109 and #118. I like the vintage look and feel!
