okay i've done a revision of you,

White background please...cannot see the black background at all after dark on these signs.

Can we try another draft of this one? I would like more focus on a house for the logo - maybe a bit more sophisticated in design and size than the sample - Font needs to be bolder (easily viewable on For Sale signs at my listings)...maybe a simple red heart in the first "o" of Lombardo?
