ok, i can only send you .eps and .jpg, each one file at a time within LT (that's the procedure), and that is for the approval of payment and logo hand over. but for other issues like modifying file format PNG, AI, JPG or further adjustment for specific needs, i can assist you outside the LT via email. you can email me at aiscepe@gmail.com and i will supporting you with the logo material. i'll resend the complete logo.

The last thing that there is to approve says Lombardo Group with no logo...I need this logo 2 ways: all 3 sizes with the whole thing that say Lombardo Group under the logo and just then just the logo by itself with no words...make sense? Do you want me approve it anyway - is that what you are saying ?

HI - I need it the other way around...the logo with the words...and yes - I would like images in all file formats noted in the contests (.PNG, .AI, .JPG) - I am not familiar with the EPS??

please confirm if you get the icon or name only file

the eps file is a vector format, it can be edited later if you want to.. and the .jpg is an image format. you can contact me by email me at aiscepe@gmail.com for further adjustment on the logo

Yes - I have - attached to it was the logo rules / transfer of rights to the logo, etc....in it it says I would also get a.EPS file - what is that for compared to a .JPG? How do I reach you again if I want other projects done featuring it?

Oke, i can separatly send you the logo, each the house icon and the name. Anyway the final file in .eps or vector format, so you still can do editing on it. But pardon me i'll send you the file tommorow cos i'm out town today

Hi - I am selecting you as the winner and going with my initial gut instinct and choosing your first design. :-). I made a very blurry mock up of it enlarged and it looks awesome!

I also have a the logo on top of my presentations and they are pretty small - I am not sure if Lombardo Group would fit like that...is it possible to give it to me both ways? With and without the name? If it can only be one way, I'll take it with the wording of course.

HI - you are still my favorite - I need to clarify how this works after the competition is over....it is law in real estate that my logo and font cannot be larger on my signs than my broker...just in case I need an adjustment to be complaint, am I able to reach you after this? Once I have a high res completed copy at the end of the context that I can submit to the sign shop I'll know.

I like your original design best - so let's not mess with the logo..can I just see it with more dominant font for Lombardo - or what you have already - but larger.

House looks too wide and the L and the heart are disproportional now...

I prefer the original logo - can you just make it a little larger but with similar spacing? And bigger font? but not too much..

So this is weird....your design is still my favorite - but, the most simple (ironically the one I sketched) is winning in a survey by a lot....they like the boldness in my name on that one...any improvements you can think of....I am still loving your design best - but, it is a run away vote so far.

That is hard to answer - since the contest opens up to the top 5 seeing the results next - not sure what will come of it. You have most unique concept and I love it.
