Can you add the tooth to the O in this logo like you have in design 46? Also, please make font on right a little bigger. Also, please rotate the first L in LOL slightly counterclockwise and bring it in front of the fishbowl, and rotate the second L slightly clockwise. Thanks!

This looks great. Please move the logo to the left of the name. Use the "Childrens Dentistry & Orthodontics" font from your first design (#12) where its a bolder font and on two lines. Please change the purple color scheme to teal. Please add white teeth to the smiling fish, to go with the dentist theme. Thanks!
