Hi,
Thanks for you design, I think that you are on the right track but I want it to look a bit more professional, this is a large insurance company and they are a little uptight. The goal is for a software deployment project that we are calling Launch, we want people to be exicted about the training we are going to deliver on the new software.
I hope this helps, this is my third logo contest, we have had some great results! I am online most of the day so I will give you lots of feedback.
