Here's the top-ranked design, but with the windows added—just in case you like that water tower icon better!

Added a lowercase design for the supporting text!...

This is my other really neat idea where the water tower icon doubles as a house icon as well—people will instantly connect the visual with a place to live :)

In case you aren't feeling the idea of directly including the water tower icon into the words, we could go with a supporting icon pairing instead!...

We also leave your brand's main font for just the "LOFTS" portion of the logo, and then have a nice modern sans serif to pair with that for all supporting text!...

Here is my idea for the branding for the new Lofts at Riverwalk brand! I think something very clean, bold and easy to read is the way to go here—you don't want to get too cliparty or complicated with the imagery. You also want to make sure it is legible at all sizes, from large signage on down to small emblems (for social media icons, website use, etc).

I love that you already have a set brand font in mind, so that was the starting point for this clean professional wordmark. I also took inspiration from the water tower photos on your Facebook page to tie that iconic landmark into the brand as well.

I look forward to any thoughts you might have, and will gladly provide swift revisions as needed.
