I could incorporate a water element either under the AT or in a broader way under the text.

As per entry #50 (example with other font), this can be run in one line, if required for signage, and the style of the "AT" with line underneath gives a nice separation and emphasis to "Riverwalk".

The spacing of the word LOFTS is designed to give a sense of space and also a classic yet modern feel.
