Great work overall. What was your inspiration for the arrows forming a star? Is there anything with the concept of a lodestar that you can do?

Your logo #11 will make top 5. However we have a few requests:

1- Instead of using the arrows to form the star, can you use something else?
2- Can you make 2 other logos like #11 with Lodestar and another one with Lodestarmgmt?
