the o is a knot you would find on wood grain to give it luxurious rawness. do you like this?
thank you

A nice start...I was hoping maybe to emphasize the word "Local" as opposed to the word "table" and possibly see the word local in a retro feeling script. Thanks.

I'm not sure what you mean by retro feeling script. Did you see examples somewhere?

I think entry #4 the best. Could we try colors that are not quite so austere....maybe a little less sober.
Thanks,

I like number 6! Do you think you could do a version of number 6 that replaces the word "Table" with "Kitchen" and then inserts the words "and Bar" or "& Bar" in negative coming out of the sweeping bottom portion of the "L"?

Lastly,
I am still not thrilled with the colors...is there something else that you can recommend?

Still not thrilled with the colors. The knot is interesting but I am "not" sure that it is clear as to what it is....maybe a bit confusing.

My suggestion is to establish the overall design first and then focus on color options.
#12 a simpler version, very recognizeable.

I like the oval nature of the latest design....if you can imagine an old oval sign attached to a building. Maybe the script and overlap on to the boundaries of the sign. Maybe the sign can look dimensional and older.
Thanks for the good work.

Let me ask you: is this logo going on a sign? Meaning, will the logo (mark) be printed, engraved on, stenciled on a piece of wood? Will it be mounted on a sign? I ask because if you are going with an actual wooden sign, the design i'm presenting you such as in #15 will be imprinted, engraved, carved directly on the textured sign...How will you be using your logo? What texture will your actual sign be?
thank you

Entry #24, #25 and #22 were really cool. They properly reference an old wood sign...which creates a nice feeling whether the application is actually an old sign or not.

Entry 25 looks live an oval wooden nickel....its thinness make it seems less 'valuable" but still really cool.
