Ok I understand. My main question is if I choose the winner do we still work together to finalize the logo or is this the final product?

Actually I just realized that I can't upload images to the contest anymore. Is there a way that I could send you a file? I want to try to incorporate a map location pin instead of the lines.

This is great, could I see it without the shadow on the letters and the only green in the building? I think that ideally I would like to have the ability to use the full logo and then also pull the circular coin out of the middle with LPS in the center to have options/social profile logos

Could you put something together that has the same rays as the top of the logo on the bottom of the logo?

I uploaded a picture of a building that we own, could you try to make the building look like ours? This is great. I would like the rays to stay grey as well as the underlining of Local Property. Could you also take a look at the BREC logo that I uploaded and see if you could match the green color?

Nice, can you switch the rays back to Grey?

This is best so far, could you add green to the lettering and try to make something that looks like a brownstone building in the center as the building?

I like the green behind the lettering but do not like the addition of the green leaves. I really like submission #10 could you change the roof peak to a building edifice?

Thanks for your submissions. I like your concept but the house looks a bit like a church. We are an urban based company could you try to tie that in a bit more?
