I do like this concept a lot, is there anyway to refigure the design so that the block doesn't highlight LOC PRO? I feel like the design breaks up the flow a bit. I would really like Local Property to stand out.

Could I see this with an additional building structure that would go over the PRO in property and push the L at the end of local to line up with the Y in Property?

Can you please give me some other color schemes by replacing the beige with green or blue?
