The difference between these two, is that i have put a lil white space under the red flag in case you want it to appear clearly on the blue.

flag is still wrong -- red diamond point should land on blue stripe. like the black outline on lettering

So once I make my choice on the designer, we have 7 days to work on minor changes for the final product? I need a few things to change with this design - the flag on the drum is still not right, and I think the overall effect needs to be a little bolder - maybe the "Local in" needs to be black instead of grey, and the wording for the slogan will change slightly, and maybe the word "Cuba needs to be outlined in black or something. Just looking for a little more overall punch without changing the essence of the design.

And the drum in this one represents the Puerto Rican flag.

How about this one but swap drummer guy with my rumba dancer? Then I guess we need to figure out how to get blue into the picture.

By too much blue, I mean I don't like the large text in blue.

OK so can we try the background in the square as something other than red? Maybe shades of grey, or the Cuban flag (like in #96?) but more muted and not so bright? Regarding color, I like it primarily red and charcoal and a small amount of blue. In other words, #96 is too much blue for me.

still too much red - I'm thinking the inside of the square becomes just shades of grey - he can stay red and the drum stays as is. Or maybe he should be grey. Wow, I'm so tired my eyes are crossing.

No mobile app. There have been two images that I love - the one you have developed with the drummer, and another using my photo of a female rumba dancer -- # 43886. Can you see if you can create the same style of silhouette using her? I want to see what she would look like in the square instead of him. I feel like I'm making you work too much.

yes imagine you have a mobile Application for your company, so u'll be able to use the Square icon only, the other designs will not work for a mobile app, but you have also the choice of using a design on paper advertise ( maybe without the square and on mobile with the square.

but there is still too much red - I think you can easily play with the colors of the image to achieve the perfect result. I don't think anything else needs to change.

Oh -- are you saying I can use just the square with rumba guy on it's own, if I needed to? That's a great suggestion! This one is very versatile

The its done, you can easily use that Icon everywhere, web, smartphone, but for the colour we can still fix if you like, maybe added some blue to see how it look.

Yep this one is very good. The only thing is, it's so red and white that it almost evokes Coca Cola. But I love the shapes, and font, and it's simple but it has huge impact!

this one is really tugging at me. Keep in mind, the flag on the drums -- I know it's an artistic representation but you can easily reverse the red and blue. Please look at the flag and see if you can make the colors work without taking away from your design.

Crazy idea -- can we try keeping just the image of the drummer on the right, but playing around with the placement? To simplify things so that it reads even better on a smartphone. Maybe try him next to the words instead of on top - maybe the island runs behind the letters instead. Not sure - just throwing that out there.

Hello again. I like your design so much I'm not sure what to say at this point. A small detail would be to change the placement of the red detail on the right drum so that it lands on the blue strip, as per the Cuban flag (just like the drum on the left). I really have nothing else to say at the moment. Is there anything you would like to add?

BTW - red is my favorite color - so this reflects my personality more as well.

I love this -- and I love that you added dimension to the shading of the drummers themselves. I think at this point, the only thing that needs to be played with is color. The size of my drummer boys is perfect now. And I think you might be right about coloring the drums too, adding blue for the Cuban flag.

I sent 3 options, red and teal. i have not added more than 2 colours, what you think if i put some colours on the drums? maybe when CUBA is in red the drum too can be in red or teal? i have also increase the size a lil bit too.

NO never been, but i have to choose between CUBA and FRANCE for this year or maybe both :D

I don't know how much it will cost due that i don't know peoples there, thats why france should be my first vacation.

This process is interesting - it can actually make things more confusing than anything - to have so many different options. When I see your image of the drummers, it takes me back to that night. I like the color change - I wonder if I should rethink just two colors - I feel like the Cuban flag on the drums could use some red/blue. And do you think the drummers should be a tiny bit bigger? You've probably already played with that -- this can be tweaked later if necessary. Have you been to Cuba? oh wait - Maybe the teal should switch to red...huh, I'm open to suggestions on the color. I just wanted to make sure it didn't look all aqua/pink/tangerine - like so many logos for tropical destinations. I like it very much -- thanks for your efforts so far!

Thanks for the revisions - I think the blue needs to be more teal and less bright, and I would take the island back to a greyed-out silhouette. Now for the dancers - I think they look to piecey (is that a word?) - the whole image needs to be more together. Are you able to check my image IMG 3121 and somehow stylize a drawing of those two guys in the street with the drums and just have them as the centre piece above the name? So maybe no dancers at all.

OK - I love this! Thanks so much. The font - the fact that you have combined two different styles that work so well together - excellent. The star in the letter C suggesting the Cuban flag - awesome. The horizontal lines and the fact that you included the slogan as the foundation - great. Honestly, I wasn't sure I wanted the slogan included because it may look too busy and difficult to read on mobile, but it looks good here. I love the island in the background. I may want to play with the color a little -- maybe make 'Cuba' in teal, or maybe the island. As for the silhouettes, I think you can eliminate the domino tiles - your design makes me want to focus on rumba drums and dancers. Can we make this a scene with a guy playing the drum(s) and dancers next to him? But these dancers look more like performers in costume - rumba in the streets of Cuba is more primal. I hope I'm making sense - you've probably already seen the photos I included. I also have some videos posted on my facebook page which may help. I really love this...thanks again.
