This design is still too busy and there are too many colors, but there are enough elements which I like - I want to keep it in the contest to see if we can work with it. I love the energy and the spirit - both very Cuban qualities.

the more I look at it, the more I like your design -- it's very fun and full of life...kinda like me, and definately like the Cuban locals. Color and font are easier to change - it's the image I'm most concerned about at this point.

check my image IMG 3121 - is there a way to incorporate a stylized version of those two guys drumming in the street instead of the car?

Thanks for your entry! I'm not sure where to start with this one because it has so many elements that I didn't want, yet I like it. I love the font for 'Cuba' - it jumps right off the screen. Love the circular shape and placement of name. Love the style of the outside ring but I think there are too many colors and it's a little too busy - it evokes 'fiesta' and a little more Mexico than Cuba. Yes, there are lots of fiestas in Cuba, but my tours are more about interacting with the locals in their everyday life in the streets - culture, rumba music and dancing, playing dominos with amigos, Santeria - than it is about the party of a typical tropical vacation. I think the 'Local in' font should be one color and maybe straight instead of on a curve. Also not sure if I like that font style with the other in 'Cuba'. I think I would prefer to have an image of people instead of the car - classic cars are synonymous with Cuba, but I'm trying to show a different side of the culture. Sorry - that's a lot of critique. I'm still drawn to your design though.
