Living Out LoudLogo Design Contest

I love this direction. How would it look with "extraordinary chiropractic" kerned out to the length of the Living Out Loud and if the lower case letters were small caps?

#58 is our favorite - we'd like to see the image on the left of the text and the caps in the "Extraordinary Chiropractic" underneath. #56 is interesting, I'd like to see it without the black dots continuing into the tag line. My wife loves #59, I just think it's a little too feminine for what we're going for.
