I've created an icon which is more than a star - it's like a star bursting from the 'i'. The white line down the middle is like a spotlight.

This is a good first stab, would there be a way to make the sides of the star into people? I have a database of fantastic promotions and actor staff. I'd like to represent them in our logo and the energy that they have?
