Not sure how I feel about the change on this one with the gold key. I do like the smaller House thought. The Houses with 2 peaks seem to be drawing more attention. maybe try a 2nd small peak on the Roof maybe next the the existing one or all the way to the right

This is the same design, the only thing that changes is the look of the character, it can be seen looking straight ahead, contrary to the other designs, where the look is slightly more upwards.

I am liking the Burgundy much better than the Blue. Not sure how I feel about the Key, not bad. I think I like the Living like a Legend better than just Legend. Not sure if Legendary Home or Sales would be better

Can you remove the Double Chin LOL. Also my Company Color is a burgundy/dark red. Maybe try making the Roof Line that Color & the Sold Black with Legendary going down the Sold Post
