I still like this concept but the feedback I've gotten is the & sign seems out of place which now that I look at it I agree. If you rework that so it fits the style better I think this could still be good.

I really like this one! Maybe thicken the lines up. The text is good. And I'm not sure about the color. Try a golden yellow or sky blue. Thanks!

I like the idea of this! I'd like to see it more modern, something about the & sign feels dated. And the text will need to be more prominent, I tend to like all caps too. Stacking Listings over Lifestyles I think would make it easier to make it bigger and still have goof proportions. I think the icon is really cool. I wonder if there's a way you could incorporate the & sign in there so it encompasses the whole title with the double L's, maybe use a + sign for the window. The curvature is pretty cool and unique, although straight lines might make it more modern. I'd love to see more. Thank you!
