I like the white wings and how you can see the honeycombs through the wings but still not happy with the bee. Wings and back legs just don’t look right. I also like how the bee sits inside the logo

There is a honeycomb background under the bee, in the upper part of the design. Would you like me to extend the honeycomb to the rest of the emblem?
