i appreciate the effort and the explanation, Truth is we have seen hundreds and we are going a different direction. i think we have made our selection but i am awaiting input form my partners.
Hi.. would like to introduce to you the meaning of my layout. Simple but with meaning just like others well known logos in the market.
I get this idea on your slogan "the edge you need" and with relation to law firm business nature.
If you remove the gray color both sides the brass color that will left is a brass plumb bob that is used by the carpenters when getting the straight line horizontally and usually used in edges of structure or things like column of a house etc.
Very significant since brass plumb bob is pioneer tools, legacy, getting straight, momentum or balance. and etc.!! Although not related tools in law firm but what is focus is the usefulness and characteristics just like other logos that are very well known.
