I like how you've incorporated both logos in these designs. That was very clever and it looks professional.
One point of feedback on this: Lighthouse seems to be more prominently featured as the majority of the logo itself and the text belongs to us. I would like to suggest that you submit a logo that shows depicts the unity and equality between the two companies.
