Great! So hopefully I was clear... what I meant was instead of orange on #123, can we see yellow, and change the LifeBuilders font color to more of a darker blue. THANKS!

I have made a revision you ask, but I can not submit it.
When the contest is in judging, only the first ranked designer can upload designs due to technical limitations.
if you want to ask for changes for any designer you'll need to temporarily rank those designers in first place to allow for the upload...
