Thanks for providing these options.
I like the concept of the girl on the run, maybe there's another approach than #24?
#23 is interesting with the speech bubble and world elements inside of it, it felt a bit busy though. Not sure if there's some way to simply a bit while keeping the concept in-tact.
I'd like to keep the "a traveling speech therapist" out of the logo, I'm not sure if that will be the tagline or not, and right now it just adds to the complexity of the logos.

#28 is definitely nice, I wonder if there's a way to reduce the emphasis on the lips, they stand out quite a bit.
While I like the concept of #24 and 27, it just doesn't feel right currently. Maybe it's better to focus on #28.
