I like this latest design much better.

The color scheme feels pretty good.

Can we play with the font style some to express a bit more boldness, with a bit more masculinity.

Perhaps laying out the design from left to right/horizontal rather than vertical.

A REAL logo can be reproduced in one color as well as multiple colors. A Real logo can be in any color and never change the dynamics of that logo. A Real logo can be reproduced across all media types and not limited to just the web (hence embroidery, bill board, brochures, even the Sunday paper). Hope you find something here that helps.
