Yes, of course. Just let me know what phone number you would like to be included and I will add it to the design. I can add the phone now if you prefer that or we can deal with it once the project is completed. Both options are pretty standard and it depends only on your preference.
As for your other question - all rights are yours, once you finalize the contest.
