I like your style. I am not sure what to change. The Patriot might not be possible to pull off. I like 16 better than 17. I like the eagle's wings. Flag is cool too but not necessary unless it makes the design. Please take a look at the link I posted for that logo I found that really works for me.

so, do you want it with eagle image or with patriot but with more revision? i'm not sure about the eagle, i think its too risk, about violation of similiar with other logo, like the link you was share

The link I shared was a cool revision of the Seal of the President of the United States of America.
There are a lot of similar logos.

http://hdw.eweb4.com/out/991756.html is an interesing eagle. Maybe the eagle with the shield in it's talons? Or the seal in front of the eagle with wings spread.

The changes are great!! I still would like to have it like a seal even if the wings and talons extend past the round edge of the seal.

Here the revision, just a little worried about violation about similiar design, I've been trying to make the eagle in my style and not same with other eagle logo, hope nobody bring my entry to the logo court, that was horrible place, i think you understand with i mean, thank you (sorry if my english is bad :D)

49, 50, 51, 53 are great. Can you increase the size of the eagle and the banner compared to the circle?
