Tree might be a bit overused symbol, but still, here are few concepts. This one, with more established feel to it, and one concept on entry #644, as a more modern, minimalistic approach.

...more traditional overall look, giving the logo more trustworthy, more established vibe.

...slightly worn-out version of design #640.

Depiction of famous Argo, as a symbol of endurance, rowing together towards the same goal/success, often across stormy waters.

...negative space version of design #635.

Second element that might have a strong visual impact and symbolic background is a lantern - very simple, clean, easy to reproduce across different media.

Lantern, as a symbol of gathering, coming together around one goal, light at the end of the dark road (meaning, desereved reward after a long, hard jurney), symbol of hope and new beginnings. Thoughts? Thank you

Here are few concepts you might find interesting.

First one is a lighthouse, as a well established, rooted on firm ground (rock), symbol of hope, gathering, salvation, reaching the goal,...also symbol of hard work in harsh conditions, but also endurance in those harsh conditions. It might have strong branding potential. Any thoughts? Thank you. (negative space version on entry #632)
