Thanks for the feedback - for the colors options, In my opinion the blue and grey one are good choices since its represent the business well - my suggestion would be to play on the top part, in this example I pick green which I think have good connotation - such as environment friendly, green living, healthy (as in make the basement more free from mold and healthy).

I am open to different colors but that deff jumps out

The main concept here is 'waterproofing' and 'level basement' as represented by blue/water on lowerpart of the letters colors being separated by the grey area in the middle.
