This is better as one color. See the other logo for other changes.

OK, the mouth, eyebrows (go ahead and remove them) and the nose is just not working.
First rework:
1. remove all of them and let me see what that looks like
2. Make everything one color except glasses.
Second rework:
1. remove everything
2. find someway to make the lips not look so expressive(?)
3. Lips almost straight across with an even slighter curve. I think we are close but just not quite there.
4. Hair and beard all one color.

Didn't see this one. I like this one but with times down eyebrows and maybe make it a balanced but sit smile.

Closer, it needs to look trustworthy. A resting smile and the eyebrows are too much, they need to be toned down please. I like the white part of the beard. So either all black and white or all dark gray and white. I don't want it to be two shades of black.

I really don't want to over do it, not looking for a portrait. Just subtle detail to give it less of a ghost feel.

You can make it 2 color, black or gray, blue and white. McDaniel has a capital D. This logo here is more in line with what I like. Its the subtle nose, brow, lips etc. This is almost it. I'm not a fan of anything in the box. It's too much.

I like this one minus the L<=>M.
1) Can you remove that
2) Make Les McDaniel in a cool script font in the blue box
3) Put Les is More underneath in a white box.
4) Give the face a smirk
5) Add some texture of white to mimic my beard which is dark on the sides and white (grey in the middle on my chin)
6) Make the blue glasses more electric blue that would be awesome.
