Thanks for being so responsive! I didn't think I would like the light blue, but leaning that direction....can you make a few more changes to the blue? Maybe take it a shade or two darker?

Thanks! I think the arrow gives a great touch. Centering solutions may be the best approach since it now looks a little left "heavy." Maybe a double line? Possibly try underlining the "EM" instead of centering the line?
