I used the following attachment in my design since you declared in Logotournament that you own the copyright to the design

With reference to your comment above, i understand you do not own the copyrights to the design which you have uploaded as attachment. So, as per rules i cannot use that exact design in my logo entry. The changes you are asking me to make still does not make it considerably different from the original design, which is against rules.

The entries i have submitted (which does not use the attachment design) have cross bible combo which is allowed, since it's commonly used element for church schools. I'm afraid any small medications like the ones you have mentioned could possibly infringe on the copyrights of the original design.

I respectfully decline to use the original design even with slight modifications. You may consider the other designs which does not use the attachment graphic. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks for the updated designs although if you could just change this design to have less leaves (fewer but slightly bigger), make the bottom of the cross straight and the book more open that would be great. We really like this logo and the design but need to slightly alter it so its not copying the referenced design. thanks

sorry for delay. you are the front runner although we need a modification to the cross and book in the inner circle as that exact design is copyrighted. I apologize for any confusion but our sharing of that design was intended only to provide direction for the design.
