Let's take the word cannabis out of the name, drop the word "third eye" just a bit, and insert "open your" in a smaller font size. It looks really good!

I don't care for the diamond so much, but I love the lines on the bottom half. My comments would be, let's lose the diamond, go with a shorter, more traditional triangle, let's keep the stripes intersecting at the eye, then let's add a beam of light radiating from the top of the pyramid into the sky.
