Red_Army - I am getting final feedback from teammates and this one or one of your others is trending as the top choice.
if I select you as winner, are you ok giving me the headress alone, the winning option, the winning option on a white background, a grey background and then one that I could lay over a pic and the transparent?

can you remove the bats from this? I think I might go with no bats for the logo. this is nice and strong though. maybe also lighten it up a bit? I think we will use black uniforms so I am only concerned this would look too dark on a black uniform.
