#12 has possibility. I would like to see the graphic changed to where you can tell it is an L and B a little bit more...it's a bit too abstract.
#23 and #20 are good designs, but the colors are too wild for me. I like color, but not mixed together in this abstract format.

#30 is interesting. What about an L and B instead of the person in the circle and maybe making the circle have 2-3 colors?
