@Daniel your design is certainly notable and it has potential, however something about it makes me think disability; please don't take it in the wrong way. I like the direction you’re going in though. Also I like how you gave me the three different backgrounds to compare.

My son like this alot he like that it incorporates the arrow. In our orginal logo we had an arrow point at the individual wearing the shirt.
